Citrus Salmon Fillets

Want to add more fish to your diet and not sure if you know how to cook it or even if you'll like it? Here's a tasty recipe that will make you wonder why you've waited so long! We prefer the cold water Alaskan Salmon over the farm raised. It's healthier, tastier and we think you'll find it worth the difference! To get the best results, always choose fresh, natural ingredients.

1. Marinate the salmon fillets in a mixture of the above ingredients and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.

2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

3. Bake the marinated fillets until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 10 minutes per side).

The salmon fillets can also be broiled or grilled as desired. It also works well with one of the popular grilling table top appliances.
